New drama special to celebrate TV anime's 15th anniversary
This year's 10th volume ofShogakukan's Weekly Shonen Sundaymagazine is announcing on Wednesday that production on a new live-actionDetective Conan special has been green-lit. The special is part of the 15th anniversary celebration of the television anime series. More details will be in the next volume of the magazine on February 9.The first live-action Detective Conan television special with Shun Oguri in the title role aired in 2006 as part of the anime's 10th anniversary. A second special aired the following year.
